- Progress on a new device
Sign in with the same account you used before, and your profile, collection and star balance restore from the cloud. If you played as a guest, progress lives only on the original device — signing in before you switch is the only way to carry it across.
- A purchase did not arrive
Reopen the game and let it finish syncing; entitlements are re-checked on launch. If it still has not appeared, email us with the order number from your purchase receipt (Google Play or App Store) and we will restore it manually.
- Refunds
Purchases are processed by the store you bought from, so refunds are requested through Google Play on Android and through Apple on iOS. If the store declines and you believe the charge was a genuine error on our side, write to us and we will look at it.
- Subscriptions
Manage or cancel a subscription in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, or on iOS in Settings under your Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your benefits until the current period ends.
- Too many ads
Tell us where they interrupted you — placement complaints get acted on. An in-app purchase removes advertising entirely, and you can change your personalised-advertising consent at any time in the game's settings.
- Deleting my account and data
In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. By email: write to us from any address and we will verify and erase. The full procedure and what gets removed is on the account deletion page.
- Reporting a bug
Send the device model, Android or iOS version, what you were doing, and a screenshot if you have one. If a run produced a wrong result, include its seed.
- Is there an iOS version?
Yes. Legacy XI is published on both Google Play and the App Store. Signing in carries your profile and progress between them.
- Is this gambling?
No. There is no wagering, no cash prize and no way to convert anything in the game into money. Card rewards are earned in play or bought outright with a known outcome, and purchases never decide a match.
- Is Legacy XI official?
No. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any football governing body, federation, league or club.
- Do seeded runs count towards my career?
No. Seeded runs are practice: nothing counts and nothing pays.
- Does Legacy XI work offline?
Yes. It needs no wifi and no signal, so you can play on a plane or on the subway.
- How much does it cost?
It is free to play. The optional extras are listed under Free to play, honest about the rest.
- Which languages can I play in?
English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Türkçe, Bahasa Indonesia, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, Русский, Polski and العربية.
