A single-player football draft and tournament simulation. Roll a historical squad, draft an eleven into a formation you choose, and run an eight-match knockout against opponents drawn from a century of the game.

A run, end to end
Four steps, about ten minutes.
- 01 · Roll
The game deals you a pool of real players from World Cup squads between 1930 and the present day. The pool is the constraint — you manage what you were dealt, not a wishlist.
- 02 · Draft
Pick eleven and place them. Formation fit, position familiarity and national-side chemistry all move the numbers, so a weaker eleven that fits can beat a stronger one that doesn't.
- 03 · Run the gauntlet
Eight matches, knockout. Stamina carries between rounds and substitutions matter. The simulation is deterministic: the same squad, tactics and seed produce the same result, every time.
- 04 · Keep what you earned
Finished runs award cards toward a collection album, and each day's Cup of the Day gives every player the same seed, so scores are comparable and shareable.

These are interface mockups produced in our design system. They show real screens and real mechanics, but they are not captures of a specific build — the Play and App Store listings carry the store screenshots.

Openly licensed, credited in full
Player appearances, squads, tournament structures and results are derived from published, openly licensed datasets. Ratings are our own derivation from that record; we document the inputs rather than asking you to trust a number.

Free to play, honest about the rest
Legacy XI is free to download. It shows advertising through Google AdMob and sells optional in-app items and a subscription through Google Play Billing on Android and through the App Store on iOS.

- Optional. Cosmetic and convenience items, and a subscription that removes ads. Purchases do not decide match outcomes.
